The Services provided by Somalens, including symptom analysis and health score generation, are for informational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Users should always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions regarding a medical condition or symptoms.
Somalens uses third-party services, including but not limited to the ChatGPT API, to power certain features such as symptom processing. By using the Services, you consent to the involvement of these third-party providers in delivering the service.
Data collected is stored securely in compliance with applicable data protection laws, including the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 (NDPA), General Application and Implementation Directive 2025 (GAID) and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) standards where applicable. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL SOMALENS (OR ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS) BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR OTHER COMMERCIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES, EVEN IF SOMALENS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL SOMALENS' TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR OTHERWISE, EXCEED THE SUM OF NGN100 (ONE HUNDRED NAIRA)
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Somalens, its affiliates, employees, and licensors from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any rights of third parties in connection with your use of the Services.
